Clare Hoard: I'd go and see the doc and get a blood test to be sure. It could be anything especially at that age - not necessarily pregnancy. I'm going to assume that because you think you "may" be pregnant that you are not using protection (condoms) so I wouldn't rule out an STD either.
Leora Klingelhoets: go see a doctor. if you are not on your period, you could have a bacterial infection or you may have contracted an sexually transmitted disease. If so it is important that it is taken care of immediatly. Infections that have gone untreated can cause bigger issues when you become older. The choices you make now completely affect your future. You could have an infection, an STD, an ectopic or molar pregnancy, a hormone imbalance, stress or any number of disorders. Only a health professional can diagnose your problem. Not checking this problem out could seriously effect your future fertility and health.

Sharron Salin: take another pregnancy test a week later or go to a clinic like planned parenthood you might be pregnant or have another serious medical problem, im 29 now but i got pregnant when i was 15, she is almost 13! now a really good kid , but i was so hard i never got to be a! teen, i lost a big part of my life. if you find out your not pregnant please be smarter and use birth control and condoms always.
