Irma Poiter: Aerobic fitness is low in i! ntensity but goes for a long duration. Example Aerobic activities include: walking, biking, jogging, swimming, aerobic classes ect..Where as normal fitness is working out but not to the extreme of not being able to stand the next day, there is a little bit of muscle fatigue but that's about it it's like all exercise to keep healthy and fit.
