if u send someone a text while they're on a plane and their phone is off, will they get when they land?

Clifford Riggleman: Yes if you send a text to someone and their phone is off they will still get it even if they were on a plane, on the moon, or wherever!Its the same if they have no signal, when they come back into signal they will receive the text then
