Tatiana Evanosky: I would have to say commute isn't the best term for the type of trip you are suggesting. A rental vehicle would be best if traveling with 5 people as Greyhound has very poor service and would require transferring to another company to complete the trip. Thrifty car rental would likely have the best deal on a weekly rate full size car. Another option would be to fly into Salt Lake City at a lower cost then take Salt Lake Express, a bus service linking Pocatello to the airport. Amtrak wouldn't work for that routing.
